Core Crusher is an intense, core-focused class designed to target the muscles that power your movement and protect your spine. In this 45-minute session, we zero in on your abdominals, obliques, and lower back to create a rock-solid foundation for everything you do — in and out of the gym.

Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and stability tools, each class is packed with dynamic movements and isometric holds that strengthen your entire core. You’ll work through challenging circuits that improve balance, posture, and functional strength — helping you perform better in every other workout (and in everyday life).
