Strength & Sculpt is one of Plusefit’s most popular full-body conditioning classes, designed to help you gain strength, tone muscles, and improve your overall fitness. Each 60-minute session combines functional strength training with focused sculpting movements using a mix of equipment — from dumbbells and kettlebells to resistance bands and your own bodyweight. The goal is to target every major muscle group, improve muscle endurance, and fire up your metabolism for long-lasting fat burn.
